  2. Purpose and legal basis of processing
    Your personal data (email address, first and last name) will be used, subject to your explicit consent, to send you by email the periodic newsletter and promotional communications of your interest relating to the activities proposed by our Association. Processing will be carried out only following explicit consent given on this page.
    Please note that the consent given can be revoked at any time by clicking on the link in each email sent.

  3. Recipients and transfers outside the European Union
    Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or resold for any reason. The electronic archive relating to promotional communications is kept on Italian territory and consequently no transfer of personal data outside Italy takes place.

    iv. to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail.
