Yoga Science for the Harmonization of Emotions
The science of Yoga teaches how to stay balanced everywhere and in all circumstances through careful management of one's thoughts, emotions and feelings,
To get rid of harmful emotions, the ancient science of Yoga offers highly effective teachings that enable our consciousness to make an evolutionary leap beyond the "non-ecological" emotional states, that belong to us only superficially and temporarily.
Emotions are extraordinary indicators: thanks to them we can understand at which stage of our development we are and if we are making the right choices for our well-being; in them we find the stimulus to reorient our lives.

Healthy and Unhealthy Emotions
Yoga science instructs on how to remain balanced through the accurate management of thoughts and emotions. To most people, conscious management of their emotional world appears difficult: words and behaviours are often at the root of interpersonal conflicts, discomfort, disunity. Relational difficulties, character problems and bodily illnesses emanate mostly from disturbing emotional processes that have emerged at deep and consolidate unconscious level. It is important, therefore, to elaborate them adequately through the reconstruction of a profound vision of ourselves and of life.stable and authentic sphere of feeling.
